The Consultation & Proposal
We'll personally email you within one business day. We'll discuss your specific goals: standard kit or full-service launch? WordPress blog or Shopify store? Based on this, we send a clear, itemized proposal with scope, timeline, and price. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Booking & Payment
Once you approve the proposal, we send a secure invoice via Square or PayPal. Paying the invoice books your project. At this moment: we schedule your project in our calendar, and we permanently remove your chosen kit from our public collection.
Creation & Customization
Where we get to work, turning the kit into your brand.
Provide Your Content
We send you a link to a simple, organized content brief. You'll provide your final brand name, all your website text, and high-quality images. The project timeline officially begins once this brief is complete.
We Build & Customize
Our team gets to work. We meticulously update the logo source files with your name, export all variations (SVG, PNG), and update your PDF Brand Guide. We deploy the website to a private staging server, integrate your content, swap colors in the CSS, optimize images, and ensure every link works perfectly.
Review & Approve
We send you a private link to your completed staging site. You review everything and check for any typos or content errors. This ensures the final product is exactly as you envisioned.
Launch & Final Handover
The exciting final step: delivering your complete brand package.
Final Polish & Packaging
After implementing any minor revisions from your review, we perform a final quality check. We package all your assets—the complete WEBSITE folder, the LOGOS suite, and your BRAND_GUIDE—into a single, clean .zip file.
Delivery
We send you a secure link to download your final package. If we're just handing over files, you now have everything to launch yourself or hand off to a developer. If you hired us for full-service, we deploy the site to your hosting and point your domain.
