Introduction
This Digital Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of the digital Brand Identity Kits ("Products") and any subsequent custom development ("Ancillary Services") purchased from The First Fold. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Article I — Order Confirmation
I.1. Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email. This email serves as your receipt and will contain the details of your purchase.
I.2. If you do not receive this email within one hour of your purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
Article II — Standard Product Delivery
II.1. All pre-made Brand Identity Kits are delivered electronically. After your purchase is confirmed, a separate email containing a secure download link for your files will be sent to the email address you provided.
II.2. Our digital delivery is a manual process; please allow up to 24 business hours for this email to arrive. This delivery includes the complete logo suite, brand guidelines, and the static HTML/CSS scaffold.
Article III — Ancillary Services & Phased Delivery
III.1. If you purchase a Brand Identity Kit and also contract us for Ancillary Services (such as converting the static scaffold into a functional Shopify, WordPress, or other platform-based site), the project will be handled in two distinct phases:
Phase 1: Initial Asset Delivery: The complete, pre-made Brand Identity Kit (logo, branding files, and original static scaffold) will be delivered to you first, as per the standard 24-business-hour timeframe outlined in Article II. This ensures you have the core assets you purchased without delay.
Phase 2: Custom Development: The development of the Shopify or WordPress site is an active, custom project that begins after the initial assets have been delivered. The timeline, scope, and deliverables for this phase will be governed by a separate agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). The final, functional site will be delivered according to the schedule defined in that separate agreement, not within the initial 24-hour window.
Article IV — Delivery Method
IV.1. The initial Product is delivered as a compressed .ZIP file via a secure download link. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. No physical products will be shipped, and no customer account is required.
Article V — Download Link & File Backup
V.1. The download links for the initial Brand Identity Kit do not have an automatic expiration date. However, it is crucial that you download and create secure backups of your purchased files immediately upon receipt.
V.2. While we endeavor to maintain file availability for at least one (1) year post-purchase, long-term availability is not guaranteed. The responsibility for securely storing your files rests solely with you.
Article VI — File Formats & Software Requirements
VI.1. Your Brand Identity Kit will be delivered in a single .ZIP file. You will need standard software to decompress this file and specific applications (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, a modern web browser) to fully utilize the assets. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software.
Article VII — Purchaser's Responsibilities
VII.1. Upon receiving your download link, you are responsible for downloading and creating a secure backup of your files on a physical drive, cloud hosting, or other secure storage medium. We are not responsible for providing replacement downloads for files that are lost or deleted by the Purchaser.
Article VIII — Support & Troubleshooting
VIII.1. If you encounter an issue with your download link or if the delivered files appear corrupted, please contact our support at [Your Support Email Address] immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Article IX — Finality of Sale
IX.1. As per our Terms of Sale, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. The successful delivery of the initial download link email constitutes the fulfillment of the initial product purchase.
